Preconstruction Design
Before any successful project can get underway we need a good plan. If you do not have a design plan, Customz Design + Builder provides these services in house with quick turn around.
Design & Construction Estimate
Customz Design + Builder will generate an estimate for the planning process. Then a separate estimate will be generated for construction after the planning phase is completed.
On-Site Consultations
Once plans are complete, before construction starts, all parties involved will meet on site to discuss the plan of action and make sure all details are accounted for.

Our Owners Approach
Our owner, Michael Hall, performs all work himself or he is on-site to supervise his crew. Michael is a licensed contractor, plumber and electrician and is proficient at all phases of construction from demolition to finish.
